MRCA is overseen by a Board of Directors elected by the residents. The Board of Directors meets every third Tuesday of each month. The Board of Directors holds it's Annual Meeting the first Saturday in April to report to the residents on accomplishments for the pervious year. In addition, the Board of Directors schedules regular quarterly meetings for the residents.
The Board of Directors oversees the budget and other expenses relating to the operation of MRCA as well as reviews and approves the annual operating budget for Mandela Homes LLC.
The MRCA Board of Director oversees the development of program and services meeting the needs of the residents.
